It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Isabella Allen (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Billy" Norquay and Ellen Norquay; her husband Royden Allen; her daughter Darlene Mitchell; and her siblings, Helen Merrithew and John Norquay.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Allen of Scotch Settlement, Janice Allen-Scott (David) of Scotch Settlement, Dwight Allen of Tripp Settlement and Loren Allen (Traci); her son-in-law Lewis Mitchell of Tower Hill; her grandchildren, Christy Valyear, Alison Mitchell, Seth Staples-Allen, Hannah Page and Mason Allen; her stepgrandson Nick Ball; her great grandchildren, Tyler Valyear, Zoe Sexton and Brady Gardiner; her sister Bernice Ripley; and her siblings-in-law, Garnet Allen (Sharon) and Nancy Norquay. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
