She was predeceased by: her husband Everett S. O'Neill; her parents, William Daley and Catherine Daley (Hackett); and her siblings, William Daley, Raymond Daley, Clarence Daley, Frank Daley, Marie McAuley and Lita Hayden.

She is survived by: her sons, Daniel, Keith and Patrick O'Neill; her grandsons, Josh O'Neill and Ben O'Neill; her great grandchildren, Kye and Ryder; her siblings, Edward Daley, Clayton Daley, Barbara Regan, Josephine Harrigan and Evelyn O'Toole; and her siblings-in-law, Loran O'Neill, Theresa Hefferan, Margaret Mary Daley, Donna Daley and Diane Carleton.
