He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hale; his former wife Haifa Miller; his children, Katherine Miller, John Miller (Lisa Jean Lewis) and Sara Miller; his grandchildren, Samuel Titus (Rebecca Kingston) and Griffin Miller; and his pets, Tessie and WusWus. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, and extended family.
