He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Carr and Gwendolyn Carr; his sisters, Katheryn Porter and Christina Connors; and his granddaughter Olivia.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Carr (Richardson); his children, Kim Britton of Barrie and Jeff Carr (Nicole) of Fredericton; his stepdaughters, Deborah Ginson (David) and Catherine Bourque (Patrick); and his siblings, Rowena Chaters, Rosina Long (Lyle), Eileen Grasse (Sonny) and George.
