He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Manuel (Jenkins); his children, Stephen Manuel (Leanne Zorn), Michelle Washington, Tanya Manuel-Boldon (late Mark Boldon) and Krista Manuel; his grandchildren, Justin McGraw (Breanne), Jennika (McGraw), Jesse Manuel, Jordan Cunningham, Brett Boldon, Annik Boldon, Sebastien Manuel and Sarah Washington; and his great grandchildren, Jenson McGraw, Jaxon McGraw, Brett McGraw, Violet MacDonald and Elodee MacDonald.
