Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lolita Smith (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 83, on January 12, 2025. As Lolita departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lolita may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lolita leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nathaniel "Nat" Smith and Mina Smith (Beyea); her cousin Peter Smith (Camella); and also, Donald (Mary), Stephen, Victoria (Charles), Samantha (Peter) and Holly Anne (Jake).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McAdam's Funeral Home & Crematorium (160 York St, Fredericton, NB E3B3N7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (245 Westmorland St, Fredericton, NB E3B3L9).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Fredericton SPCA, the Christ Church (Parish) Church, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
