She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Waters and Thelma Waters (Anderson); and her brother Fred Waters. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Lacy (Cristina Lacy) of Foxboro, MA and Susan Lacy (Gary Welch) of Fremont, CA; her grandchildren, Emilia, Emma Lacy and Tianna Davoodi; her sister Rosalie Clark of Portland, ME; her nieces and nephews, Karol Waters, David Waters, Jeffrey Clark and Gregory Clark; and her sister-in-law Joan Waters.
