With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Florence Colpitts (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 5, 2023 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Florence Colpitts to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Knowles (Ellis) and Lee Knowles; her siblings, Greta, Tracy, Neva and Douglas; and her husband Kenneth Colpitts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Opal Rutherford (late Jack), Ross (Gerry) and Hazen Knowles; her children, Susan (Peter Judd), Bruce, Sandra (Paul Maskell) and Shelley (Lindsay Hayward); her grandchildren, Sean Maskell (Chantal Jollimore), Ryan Maskell, Alexander Colpitts (Megan), Alyson Judd (Sean Sullivan) and Rosemary Judd; her great grandchildren, Adam, Brooklyn, Brooke and Lexie; and her sister-in-law Grace Smith (Robert).
We would like to thank the staff at the Manor for the exceptional quality of care given to Mom for the past five years, and especially through the difficult time of COVID.
Charitable donations in her memory may be given to the Under One Roof Fund at Christ Church (Parish) Church or the Alzheimer Society.
