He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Fraser and Marilda Fraser (Kitchen); his wife Uta Fraser; his close friend Joyce Webster; and his siblings, Rita (Jack Moore) and Willard Fraser.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Kowalski (Joe), Doug Fraser (Diane) and Greg Fraser (Malinda); and his sister-in-law Shirley Fraser. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
