He was predeceased by: his sister Allison Steele Rubinstein Levy (Marylea MacDonald); and his pet Shaolin. He is survived by: his children, LarrySteele (Colleen), David Steele (Wendy), Jenny Gerbasi (Guy), Melissa Steele (George), Holly Steele and Jacob Steele (Laura); and his stepson Gisaya Gahungu (Caroline). He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
