He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Neill and Josephine "Joey" Neill; his children, Nicholas (Courtney) and Kailey; his grandchildren, Robert, Alice, Annie, Payton, Ocean, Chase and Dominic; his wife Annette Paul; and his sister Kathy.
