He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Stephens. He is survived by: his father Byron Edward Stephens (Marion); his wife Annie Stephens; his daughter Emma Claudia Stephens; his brother Cory Stephens (Lisa Merritt); his half-sister Deanna Merrill; and his stepfather Stephen Harris.
