He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anna, Frances and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Howlett (Christensen); his sons, Michael (Lisa), Jeffrey, Jonathan (Alixe) and Peter (Mandy); his sister Leitha Howlett; and his sister-in-law Colleen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Cathedral Restoration Fund, the Primates World Relief Fund, the Canadian Red Cross, or Hospice House.
