He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rutter and Gladys Rutter. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rutter (Chiasson); his children, Angela, Kevin (Shirley) and Phyllis (Jason); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Riley, Megan, Nathan, Brody and Peyton; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Matthew. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, 9 sisters, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
