He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Banks and Mae Banks (Clark); and his siblings, Joan Peterson (Pat), Larry Judy Banks, Danny (Barb) and Carol Banks.
He is survived by: his spouse Maryella Banks (Kimball); his children, Melanie Doucet (Dave), Rev. Kenneth Banks Jr. (April) and Liane Curtis (Dale); his grandchildren, Heidi Rice (John), Alexandra Haley (Jeremy), Marcail Curtis (Ken Steeves), Isaac Curtis, Colby, Adasa and Brayden Banks; his great grandchildren, Rayne, Micah Rice, Audrey Haley, Adyanna and Hunter Steeves; and his siblings, Billy Banks (Gayle), Doug Banks (Nora), Betty White (late Jim) and Barb Wilson (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance is by invitation only, with family. Masks and social distancing are mandatory.
The family wishes to thank the Extramural nurses and doctors who helped keep Ken at home during the late stages of Alzheimer's. For those who wish to make a donation in Kens memory, the family would appreciate it go to the New Brunswick Alzheimer's Association or the Canadian Hemophilia Society.
