She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartley Billings and Mildred Billings (Jones); her brother Arnold; her siblings-in-law, Alice Billings, Walter Crawford and Fred Brewer; and her nephews, Steven and Wayne Seveck.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Palmer (Lorinda) and Roger Ward; her grandchildren, Gavin, Graylen, Gabby Palmer and Brianna Ward; her siblings, Stephen Billings (Pam), Owen Billings, Elwyn Billings, Etta Crawford (Ronnie), Donna Billings (Lloyd), Audrey Richardson (Gordon), Darlene Brewer (Elmo), Paulette Hoyt (Fraser), Janet Billings (David) and Fern Estey (Malcolm); her uncle Gerald Billings; and her aunt Iva Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
