With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ballard (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Blissfield, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 16, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Ballard; and her parents, Gordon Gillespie and Grace Gillespie (Ward). She is survived by: her children, Phyllisanne Ballard, Tammy Bennett (Henry) and Ronald Ballard (Connie) of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Cody, Melinda and Anthony; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Eleish, Grace, Owen and Clare; and her siblings, Marie Cowie of Doaktown, NB, Robert Gillespie of Upper Blackville, NB, Eldon Gillespie (Vera) of Blackville, NB and Merlin Gillespie (Julia) of Blackville, NB. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
