John Joseph Henry Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 72, John Joseph Henry (Fredericton, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, May Henry and Emmett Henry; and his brothers, Bernard, Hector and Jimmy.

He is survived by: his son-in-law Ross; his children, Bernadette, Shelley (Ross), Joe (Alicia), Roxane (Marty) and Mitchell (Kelly); his siblings, Kathy (Dean), Rosie Gladys (Paul), Dorothy, Shirley, Emmett Jr. (Brenda), Peter (Donna), Gordon (Cindy), Steven (Alice) and Danny (Ida); his goddaughter Erica Paul; and his friend Nora Stewart. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held, with covid-19 measures in place (masks and proof of vaccinations required) on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022, at 2pm at the Maqiyahtimok Center 247 Maliseet Drive, Saint Mary's 1st Nation.

For those who wish, the family has suggested memorial contributions be made to the Canadain Cancer Society.
