He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa "Terri" Martha Grondin (Bushey); his parents, Tony Grondin and Dorothy Grondin (Grenier); his siblings, Sharon McCormick, Judy Scott, Terry Grondin and Michael Grondin; his great-niece Connie Speight; and his great-nephew Mitchell Speight.

He is survived by: his sister Ruth McLeod (Rick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey Speight of Halifax, NS, Rebecca McLeod of Toronto, ON, Alex Girouard, Sean McCormick of Windsor, ON and Michael McCormick of Oakville, ON..
