He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gordon and Marie Cameron (Snell); his close friend Colleen Wheeler; and his siblings, Marilyn and Paul.

He is survived by: his siblings, Hazen (Betty), Kevin (Dino), Pauline (Foster) and Bonnie (Les); and his brother-in-law William Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
