He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Cooper and Inez Roxanna Cooper (Rathburn); his siblings, Roxanna and Benjamin; his niece Rebecca; his nephew Joshua; and his uncle Eldon Rathburn.
He is survived by: his brothers, William (Elaine), Robert (Julia) and Thomas (Sharron); his aunt Joan Morris; his cousin Roberta Morris; and his nieces and nephews, Zoe, Bill, Jill, Romy, Debra, Andrew, Laura and Julie.
