She was predeceased by: her grandmother Ruby Barlow; and her sister Rowena Sharpe. She is survived by: her husband Richard Brooks; her parents, Gerald Barlow and Sheila Barlow (Paul); her son Ernest Brooks (Jessie); her grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter and Hudson; and her siblings, Nelson Barlow (Bonnie), Arlene Brooks (Randy) and Kirk Barlow (Joanne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
