He is survived by: his wife Freda Irene Palmer (Munn); his children, Alan Palmer (Michelle), Jason Palmer (Michelle), Theresa Vail (Donald) and Lisa Bromley (Gary); and his sisters, Connie Palmer and Joyce Spencer (LeRoy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
