He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Stapledon and Christine Stapledon (Price); and his brother Earl Stapledon. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Stapledon, Scott Stapledon (Erin Roper), Lesley Stapledon and Kerry Campbell (Waugh); and his brother PeeWee Stapledon (Allan).
