We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2019, at the age of 89, Irene Mildred Long (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Gaspé, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her son Daniel Long; her grandson William Long; and her brother Lorne Doody. She is survived by: her sister Alice Vezina; her sons, Forrest (Patsy), Russell and Michael (Mary); her daughter-in-law Karen Long; and her grandchildren, Angela (Anthony), Matthew (Annie), Jeff (Katie), Greg (Linda), Carrie and Wendy. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
