It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hermel Babin of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Saint-Louis-de-Kent, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean-Baptiste Babin and Bertha Babin (Voutour); his brothers, Reginald, George and Bruno Babin; and his sister-in-law Louise Babin.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Babin (Howe) of Fredericton, NB; his children, Randy (Leona) of Saint-Louis, Christianne and Simone of Germany; his sisters, Violette Cormier (Normand) and Blanche Craig (Vincent); his sister-in-law Mildred Babin; his mother-in-law Doris Howe; his siblings-in-law, Don (Joy), Brian (Carolyn), Bob (Pamela), Bertha (Glen) and Sharon (John); and his granddaughters, Stephanie Allain (Shawn), Julia and Louisa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to covid restrictions there will be no visitation or funeral service.
The family have requested that memorial contributions be made to favorite charity of your choice.
