It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Joy LeBlanc of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Cameron (Coetzee) and Cecil Balser; and her brother Michael Balser of Toronto, ON.. She is survived by: her husband Wilfred "Fred" George LeBlanc; her children, Wayne LeBlanc (Mona) of Fredericton, Brenda Barr (Randy) of Fredericton, Geoffrey LeBlanc (Jake) of Digby, NS, Terry LeBlanc (Kate) of Saint John and Tracey Ann Mann (Rodney) of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Greg, Natasha, Jessica, Elizabeth and Emma; and her brother Ken Balser (Connie). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Parkinson Foundation or the SPCA.
