It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greta Jack (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Jack; her parents, Thomas Palmer and Gertrude Palmer (MacDougall); and her siblings, Edith Palmer, Earl, Claude and Lorne Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Jack (Pat Kennedy) of London, ON, Brian Jack (Marilyn) of Mt. Pleasant, ON and Brenda Embleton (Bev) of Fredericton, NB.; her grandchildren, Angie Baresich (Justin), Jeffrey Hicks (Krista), Alicia McElroy (Owen), Rob Hicks (Lenore), Alex Jack (Jennifer), Jennifer Jack (Denis), Stephanie Jack (Kelsey), Carolyn Stevenson (Matthew), Joanne Embleton and Laura Hefling; and her stepgranddaughters, Rose Marie Green (Torek) and Gloria Whitney (Miles). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 8 step great-grandchildren.
