He is survived by: his children, Kevin Powell and Andrea Downing (Todd); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Katie), Ryan (Sonja), Kelsey Dunfield (Luke) and Sean; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Brooks; and his sister Jennifer Pfluger (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
