He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Phillips and Hazel Phillips (Davidson); and his siblings, George (Joan), Bart Jr. (Rae) and Gail Samson (Ruby).
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his sons, Dwight (Mary-Lee) and Roger (Vaune Dugan); his siblings, Donna Noble (Marvin) and Ronald (Elaine); his grandchildren, MacKenzie (Tyson), Darby and Christopher; his stepgrandchildren, Brandie Simonson (Pat), Jeremy Underhill (Pam) and Brady Underhill (Tahlia); and his close friend Marjorie Tattrie. He is also survived by 5 step-great-grandchildren.
