He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Murphy and Eileen Murphy (Queen); and his brother Lester Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Alberta Murphy (Smith-Bridges); his children, Lori Murphy, Shelley Jones (Pat), Tammy Wood (Dave), Heather Ackerson (Albert), Jennifer Dautel (Bob) and Geoffrey Bridges (Rolanda); and his brothers, Norman Murphy (Gayle), Robert Murphy (Cathy) and David Murphy (Susan). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
