We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023, at the age of 88, Gladys Averil Murphy (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Murphy (Bob); her parents, Horace Meating and Elsie Meating (Ross); her daughter Sandra Lee Murphy; her grandson Seamus Murphy; and her siblings, Elsie Phillips, Horace and Kenneth Meating.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Bruce Murphy (Tracy) of Chicago, ILL and Dianne MacKay (Jamie) of Harvey, NB; her granddaughter Teagan Murphy; and her sister Eleanor Richard of Saint John, NB. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
