It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Clyde Adams (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Adams and Kathleen Adams (Chappell); and his in-laws, Marian, Eddie, Shirly, Bobby and Grump.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Adams (Walton); his grandchildren, Alyssa Ward (Andrew), Alia Adams, Christopher, Brianna, Ryan, Iesha, Otylia, Asanna and Amelia; his brothers, Norman Adams (Kim) and Hughie Adams (Linda); his niece Heather; his nephew Mark; his in-laws, Betty Lou, Vera, Frida, Brenda, Sharon, Patsy, Kevin and Kim; his pet Ducky; and his close friend Navi.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oromocto Funeral Home (108 Winnebago St, Oromocto, NB E2V1C7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #93 (284 Restigouche Rd, Oromocto, NB E2V2H5). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel (108 Winnebago St, Oromocto, NB E2V1C7).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the SPCA or the Kidney Foundation in his memory.
