He was predeceased by: his parents, George Messer and Ella Messer (Kingston). He is survived by: his wife Bessie Messer (Williams); his sister Shirley Jamieson; and his siblings-in-law, Kaye Messer, Barbara MacLaughlin and Dave Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Harvey Settlement Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vaughan's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
