He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Stairs (McElwain) and Henry Stairs; and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, Craig (Melissa) and Kim (Tony); his granddaughters, Brittney, Morgan and Ryan; and his niece Megan. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family.
