He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Haines and Eva Haines (Dayton); and his children, Marty and Patricia Jane. He is survived by: his daughters, Tawney Perri (Frank) and Stephanie Haines-Lacey (Mark); his sister Charrie Harris (late Scott Harris); and his grandsons, Jordan, Adam, Willem and Miles.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcomed by the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
