He is survived by: his wife Sheila Talbot (McInroy); his children, Frank Jr. (Eyrin), Richard (Oori), Karla Gaffney (John), Jane Talbot (Stepan) and Margo Talbot (Warren); and his brother Albert Talbot. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
