Frances Stephenson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Stephenson of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Webb; her parents, Ernest Clowater and Edith Clowater (Foshay); and her brothers, Harold, Jim, Donnie and Gordie Clowater.

She is survived by: her children, Meemaw, Grammie, Pauline, Polly, Clarence, Lizer, Sis, Dale Stephenson (Nicole), Phillip Webb (Nobalee) and Donna Stephenson; her grandchildren, Lance Sandwell (Haley Shearing), Jessica Wipf (Kaylen), Travis Webb (Krissy) and Tonisha Webb (Brad Howell); her great grandchildren, Arabelle Webb and Thane Webb; and her brothers, Wes Clowater (Helen), Jack Clowater and Jerry Clowater (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
