He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Phillips and Una Phillips (Boyle); his brothers, Ralphie, Ashley and Tom; and his granddaughter Brandy.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Phillips (Cameron); his children, Debbie Phillips (Chris), Steven Phillips (Donna), Sandra Phillips (Angie) and Theresa Phillips; his stepsons, Glendon Warman (Linda) and Shawn Warman (Murielle); his grandchildren, Brian O'Donnell (Rena), Chris Phillips (Andrea), Amanda Phillips (Kyle), Dylan Phillips (Daniel), Alex Warman (Abby) and Nicole Warman (Brad); and his siblings, Pauline Balcom, Doris Rowe (George), Wayne Phillips (Cathy) and Brian Phillips (Michelle).
