She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Ed" O'Neill; her parents, Oliver Holland and Tressa Holland (Jordan); and her brothers, Howard, Hartley, George and Weldon.

She is survived by: her children, Steven (Terri), Louise and Carl; her grandchildren, Samantha O'Neill Perry (Jeremy) and Jodie Campbell (Luke); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Perry and Jackson Campbell; and her siblings, Lillian Wilson, Annie Harris, Doris Jamieson, Joyce Greer, Garnet and Merritt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
