She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie Lenton; her parents, Thomas Donnelly and Violet Donnelly (Ward); her children, Darlene Hunter (Hugh) and Gerald Lenton; her granddaughter Carlie Currie (Steve); and her siblings, Alma Rudrum (John), Norma Robson (Robert), Eunice Schweitzer (Siegfried), Shirley Rogne (Bert), Joyce Ryan (James), Irvine Donnelly (Clara) and Sheldon Donnelly.

She is survived by: her grandson Collin Hunter (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Hunter (Hess), Emma Hunter, Sophie Hunter, MacKenzie Currie and Joshua Currie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Upon Ethel's request there will be a gravesite burial service and Celebration of Life in Duff, Saskatchewan, at a later date once COVID passes and travel is safe.
