He was predeceased by: his former wife Beulah Virga; his wife Bernice Parsons; his daughter Bonita; his siblings, Raymond, Truman and Bertha; and his parents, Amy and Artur.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Parsons (Pam), Trudy Parsons and Debbie Richard (Roger); his stepdaughters, Betty McCann and Maxine Billings; his niece Geraldine Parsons Kelly; and his daughter Olive Beliveau. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the IWK or the War Amps.
