It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Marie Chicoine (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 1, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Barlow and Edna Barlow (Bishop); and her brothers, George'Bud'Brewer, Donnie Brewer and Bob.

She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Ann Howell and Michael Barlow (Caroline); her children, Tina Sullivan (Jim) and Denny Chicoine (Christina); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Samantha, Brielle and Alexie; her great grandchildren, Nora, James and Eddy; and her cousin Heather.
