It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Rose Galey (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Braman and Margaret Braman (Shields); her husband Canon Leonard J. Galey; her son John Galey; her siblings, Marjorie Crowther, Roy, Tom and John Braman; and her godson Peter Braman.
She is survived by: her children, Miriam Galey (Rick Thibault) of Dutch Valley, NB, David Galey (Katherine) of McGregor Brook, NB, Sheila Galey (late Bruce Pinsent), Michael Galey (Marlene), Elaine MacInnis (Ian) of Truro, NS and Kathryn Collet (Roger) of Upper Kingsclear, NB; her foster son Robert Harper (Laurie); her brother David Braman (Jeannette); her grandchildren, Stephanie Allen (Arron), Curtis, Gordon Galey, Amanda MacDonald (Ryan), Daniel, Sarah MacInnis, Elise, Mathieu Collet, John Harper, Kerry Halford and Ashley Pinsent-Tobin (Derrick); her great grandchildren, Harley-Anne, Keifer, Kristopher, Kody, Kayla, Jessica, Kallie and Adalynn; her aunt Betty'; her great-niece Laura; her godson Andrew Gorlick (Francesca); and also Anica.
