With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldon Johnson Eagles of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 31, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eagles and Elaine Eagles (Anderson); his wife Cindy Eagles (Fletcher); his brother David Eagles; his siblings-in-law, Carol Eagles and Rob McCready; and his father-in-law Gordon Fletcher.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Eagles (Gloria), Martha Steeves (Brian) and Mary Allen (late Larry); his mother-in-law Sadie Fletcher (late Gordon); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Hicks (Clyde), Linda McCready (late Rob) and Heather (Fletcher); and his pets, Fawcett, Rocky and Doodle.
John entered the Chalmers Hospital in January of 2020 and when Covid struck he was moved to the Oromocto Hospital where he resided until March of 2021 then moved to Spencer's Nursing Home.
