He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Mehan and Kathleen Mehan (Johnston); his wife Lois Mehan (Pachal); his son Scott Mehan; and his brother Gaelan Mehan.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Mehan (Jamie) of Rothesay, NB, John Mehan (Jenny) of Ottawa, ON and Kathy Gautreau (Mike) of Dieppe, NB; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jacob, Joshua, Abby, Aly, Alexander, Katie, Germain, Luc, Madelaine, Martin and Lexie; and his sisters, Rosslyn Arseneau of Saint John, NB, Judy Webber of St. Catherines, ON and Gail McDonald of Elsworth, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
