It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Earl Dennis VanNorden (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Norden and Louise Van Norden; his wife Elizabeth; his children, Tina and Darren; and his brother George Van Norden.

He is survived by: his son Mark Van Norden (Tara); his grandchildren, Jessica, Allison (Parker), Joey (Dalaney) and Lane; his great grandchild Gage; and his siblings, Edward Van Norden of Dartmouth, NS, Barry Van Norden (Kathy) of Greenfield, NS and Agnes Hatt (Gary) of Bridgewater, NS. He is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.

“To the VanNorden family, from the McBride’s (Murray Ave neighbours) We were saddened to learn of Earl’s passing, and wish to extend our deepest condolences. Earl was the first neighbour to welcome us when we moved into the house on Murray Ave. He was always eager to help with a small yard maintenance job, and his porch was a favourite spot for the local dogs to visit. His yard was always so well maintained. I know I speak for all the neighbours when I say his presence will be missed!”
