He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Dunphy and Ruby Dunphy (Jordan). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Dunphy (Lyons); his children, Angela Gowans (Tom) and Geoff Dunphy; his grandchildren, Brett Murphy (Molly Fowler) and Miranda Murphy; and his siblings, Gary (Susan), Frank (Debbie), Faye Brown (John) and Jim (Irene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
