She was predeceased by: her mother Freda Mersereau (Noble); and her siblings, Ida Scott, Ruth Lindfors, Donna Hoyt, Judy Artis, Raymond, Vernon, Hilton, Trevor and Glenwood Mersereau.

She is survived by: her husband Noel Phillips; her children, Philip Phillips (Sherry), Dianne Phillips, Deborah Sloan (Dale), Vicky Thomas (Ken) and Maureen Lyon (Ben); her grandchildren, Shawna, Chantelle (Scott), Danielle, Melissa (John), Amanda (Kirk), Kara, Devon (Kelsey), Lacee (Dan), Cody and Katie; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Brooklyn, Luke, Allie, Landon, Jake, Logan, Lauryn, Camden, Ivy, Elliot and Evie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
