She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Tower and Annie Tower (Roberts); her siblings, Leroy Tower and Ruth Wright; her great grandchild Sophi Ella; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Raymond Goodine, Jack Ryan, Earl Mitton, William Rowan, LeRoy Washburn, Don Beaumont, Thelma Monahan and Doris Ryan.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Goodine; her children, Steven Goodine (Beth Ward), Michael Goodine (Yolande), Sandra Hollingdale (Mike) and Jennifer Wright (Derrick); her grandchildren, Trudy, Judy, Sam, Grace, Shannon, Hillary, Kate, Tom, Melissa and Ben; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Cash, Walker, Mason, Layla, Lincoln, Haylee and Hank; her siblings, Donna Crowell (Richard), Charles Tower (Sandra), Catherine Armstrong (William), Georgina LeBlanc, Marion Boulton (Richard), Winnifred Beaumont and David Tower (Tracy); and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Mitton, Barbara Rowan and Loretta Washburn.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Doreen's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Hospice of Charlotte or charity of one's choice.
